The things people ask
I paid and nothing arrived
A pack normally takes two to five minutes to build. If it has been more than fifteen, something failed: email support@curbcuthq.com with the address you paid from and we will either fix it or refund you the same day. Your orders are also listed on your account page, which shows the state of each one.
I want a refund
Ask. There is no form and no time limit to argue about: email billing@curbcuthq.com and say what happened. The refunds policy is the long version.
I want to cancel monitoring
Cancel it yourself from your account page at any time, and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for. If that does not work, email billing@curbcuthq.com and we will do it for you. See the cancellation policy.
Delete my data
Email privacy@curbcuthq.com. We verify the request by replying to the address we hold, then act on it within one month. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and why.
Curbcut scanned my site and I did not ask it to
Tell us at abuse@curbcuthq.com with anything from your logs that helps us find the scan. Our crawler identifies itself as CurbcutBot and obeys robots.txt, so disallowing it there stops it immediately. See the use restrictions.
Does a clean scan mean my site is accessible?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Roughly a third of the WCAG success criteria can be tested automatically at all; the rest needs a person. A clean result means the checks we know how to run found nothing. Every pack lists what still needs checking by hand.

Curbcut is a one-person software company in San Rafael, California. The person who wrote the scanner is the person who answers the email. More on the about page.
